Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation to close and post-sales up-selling
• Employ a value and solution-oriented sales methodology focusing on real-time video communication solutions
• Build growth and adoption of Video APIs within the Mid-Market segment
• Own cross-functional opportunity management, coordinating between Pre-Sales and Customer Success
• Drive a pipeline generation cadence to develop expansion opportunities and land new target accounts
• Lead compelling presentations of CPaaS products and vision to audiences ranging from C-level executives to individual contributors
• Provide timely and accurate forecasts and visibility on sales and revenue performance

Requirements

• Experience in Enterprise technology sales, SaaS, Cloud, or API-based communications
• Proven track record of success in prospecting and identifying new customers through lead generation and networking
• Strong relationship-building skills with executives across business, marketing, and technology teams
• Experience collaborating effectively with Pre-Sales Consultants
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in gaming, finance, social, or healthcare verticals selling Video products
• Experience selling WebRTC-based solutions
• Experience designing innovative CPaaS solutions for clients migrating communication infrastructure to the cloud
