About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships with key customers to drive lifecycle earnings
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic truck customers to achieve volume and gross profit targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery against service level agreements
  • Coordinate and manage suppliers linked to customer contracts to ensure consistent performance
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance customer outcomes and commercial performance
  • Drive sales for trucks and digital services, including BEV and LNG solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal Volvo business stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-value B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of complex commercial offerings and how to position them effectively
  • Demonstrated track record of commercial success and strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong formal presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a home-based capacity with frequent UK-wide travel
