About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the company and central contact for customers in the assigned sales territory
- Independently manage and strategically develop the assigned market area
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships through technical consulting
- Develop service concepts, prepare price calculations, and create offers in cooperation with internal departments
- Create reports and evaluations for the sales territory and maintain the CRM system
Requirements
- Commercial and/or chemical-technical training or degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position within the industrial or chemical sector, specifically in hazardous waste disposal
- Proven sales passion with a focus on customer service and new customer acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in preparing offers and managing financial goals in difficult negotiations
- Service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel within the Northwest Switzerland region
- Business fluency in German and English; French is an advantage
