Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key customers.
• Lead commercial conversations and negotiations within agreed parameters.
• Develop and implement customer business plans aligned to category and channel strategies.
• Drive category growth through assortment optimization, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
• Own the end-to-end sales process, including pricing, orders, delivery, and administration.
• Partner with Field Sales teams to ensure perfect in-store execution, stock management, and availability.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify market risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Requirements

• Completed degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Category Management.
• Strong understanding of customer Profit & Loss (P&L) and category financials.
• Proven ability in customer strategy development and execution.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
