About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow National and Key Accounts in alignment with Unilever Food Solutions financial and product growth plans
  • Manage existing relationships to drive retention and growth through increased SKU penetration and usage
  • Profile and develop new business opportunities within targeted channels including CPU, aged care, caterers, pubs, clubs, and cafes
  • Implement business development strategies, conduct regular client reviews, and lead price negotiations
  • Manage Local and National Account trading terms and monitor growth plans effectively
  • Coordinate product promotional initiatives and develop customized solutions or concepts for accounts
  • Ensure all management reports for measuring business performance are accurate, reliable, and delivered on time
  • Participate in customer and distributor activities such as trade shows, demonstrations, and product launch events

Requirements

  • Trade qualification or University degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, specifically in a Key or National Account Management role
  • Broad knowledge of the foodservice and catering business industry
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Moderate to Advanced level)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and demonstrate a passion for driving growth
