Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall customer business across Personal Care, Home Care, and Beauty & Wellbeing categories
• Develop and implement customer-specific sales and growth strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding operational and commercial topics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Trade Marketing, Field Sales, and Supply Chain
• Co-develop innovative activation initiatives and manage targeted sales activities
• Analyze customer and market data to drive revenue and profitability

Requirements

• Experience in Key Account Management or sales within an FMCG environment
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, retail, and competition in the Personal Care & Home Care sector
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with panel and shopper data
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Category Management or Trade Marketing
• High level of initiative and ability to work in dynamic environments
• Strong networking skills
