About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall customer business across Personal Care, Home Care, and Beauty & Wellbeing categories
- Develop and implement customer-specific sales and growth strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding operational and commercial topics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Trade Marketing, Field Sales, and Supply Chain
- Co-develop innovative activation initiatives and manage targeted sales activities
- Analyze customer and market data to drive revenue and profitability
Requirements
- Experience in Key Account Management or sales within an FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, retail, and competition in the Personal Care & Home Care sector
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with panel and shopper data
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Category Management or Trade Marketing
- High level of initiative and ability to work in dynamic environments
- Strong networking skills
