About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned customers to achieve turnover targets
  • Manage the customer P&L by category, counterpart, and budget planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through strategic planning and negotiation
  • Lead and execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) according to global standards
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to develop market development plans and promotional strategies
  • Work closely with Operations teams to ensure perfect in-store execution and visibility
  • Negotiate trade terms, funding, and investments to align with company strategy
  • Monitor customer performance by tracking market share and category contribution

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in sales or customer development
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Field Sales
  • Experience in Customer Marketing or Trade Category Management
  • Background in Brand Building and customer-facing roles
  • Strong negotiation and P&L management skills
