About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned customers to achieve turnover targets
- Manage the customer P&L by category, counterpart, and budget planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through strategic planning and negotiation
- Lead and execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) according to global standards
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing to develop market development plans and promotional strategies
- Work closely with Operations teams to ensure perfect in-store execution and visibility
- Negotiate trade terms, funding, and investments to align with company strategy
- Monitor customer performance by tracking market share and category contribution
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in sales or customer development
- Proven experience in Account Management or Field Sales
- Experience in Customer Marketing or Trade Category Management
- Background in Brand Building and customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation and P&L management skills
