About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all sales activities and profitability for defined key account customers across the US, Canada, and Mexico
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key account customers to provide solutions and support
- Conduct regular travel to customer facilities and host web/phone meetings to maintain strong business relationships
- Act as the central information hub within TRUMPF regarding key account customer needs and data
- Negotiate frame agreement prices, terms, and conditions, and finalize orders
- Maintain and improve technical knowledge of TRUMPF product groups
- Utilize CRM systems to document all customer information and sales activities
- Support future sales through participation in marketing, media, and industry trade shows
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in capital equipment sales or equivalent technical and management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience working with CRM modules for sales
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with high energy
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Management education
