About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts, building new relationships and maintaining existing ones with excellent customer service.
- Establish and execute a comprehensive key account roadmap aligned with company growth plans.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives across individual channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with wholesale operations to optimize shipping targets.
- Act as the voice of key accounts regarding assortment planning, marketing, and in-store/online presence.
- Analyze commercial sales data regularly to create and communicate actionable results.
- Identify new growth strategies within the UK and Irish markets.
- Oversee the implementation of key account initiatives and Shop In Shop projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with ease.
- Commercially astute and confident decision-maker.
- Excellent negotiation skills backed by data and insights.
- Deep interest in fashion trends and knowledge of market needs.
- Ability to work at pace within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial culture.
- Full clean driving license.
