Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new restaurants, focusing on Chinese and wider Asian restaurants in key UK locations
  • Generate a self-built pipeline through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct in-person meetings and product demos to present B2C and B2B value propositions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closing
  • Adapt schedule to restaurant availability, including occasional evening meetings
  • Share market insights with the wider sales team to improve segment approach

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • 4+ years of experience in sales (B2B, field sales, hospitality tech, or food service preferred)
  • Proven ability to prospect, manage pipelines, and close deals independently
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and a proactive attitude in a target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling to Asian-owned businesses
  • Strong local network within the Chinese or wider Asian hospitality community
  • Passion for hospitality, digital products, and restaurant technology
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools
