About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute the commercial strategy for the Manufacturing sector to drive revenue growth and institutional presence.
  • Identify, prospect, and prioritize leading and emerging companies in the Manufacturing industry for strategic alliances.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities in Continuous Education and Consulting.
  • Develop specialized account plans and manage relationships with key decision-makers within the industry.
  • Coordinate the creation of high-value technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with the TEC21 Educational Model.
  • Collaborate with academic experts and methodological designers to ensure the quality and relevance of proposed solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed); postgraduate studies or specialties in business, sales, or related fields are preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales or business development.
  • Proven experience working within the Manufacturing industry, including knowledge of its regulatory and commercial ecosystem.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience using communication tools including Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
  • Strong skills in needs diagnosis, active listening, and results orientation.
