Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage 360-degree relationships and growth commitments with top retail accounts in Mexico to commercialize Tecmilenio products and solutions.
• Create, develop, and maintain relationships at all levels of client companies, from operational staff to CXO executives.
• Identify continuous business opportunities and client needs to develop tailored value propositions.
• Lead negotiations, execution, and follow-up processes to ensure repeat business and account growth.
• Manage administrative and operational activities within the assigned territory, including contracts, reporting, and billing.
• Ensure all activities are accurately documented and updated within the CRM system.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field (must have professional title and license/cédula).
• 3+ years of experience in commercial processes and managing large-scale corporate accounts.
• Proven experience in managing, tracking, and closing complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
