About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships while systematically building new key accounts for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Identify, approach, and qualify relevant end-customers, public authorities, and large general contractors/EPC contractors within the D-A-CH region
- Strategically build and maintain long-term contacts across all decision-making levels, including procurement, technical, and project management
- Identify large-scale projects and tenders early to position the Milwaukee portfolio during the planning and awarding phases
- Develop and implement customized account strategies in coordination with the Head of Job Site Solutions D-A-CH
- Conduct product presentations, application training, and demonstrations for power tools, accessories, and personal protective equipment
- Collaborate closely with international teams and maintain accurate documentation of all activities and opportunities within the CRM system
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical degree, ideally with a focus on construction, infrastructure, or electrical engineering
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management or technical sales, preferably within the infrastructure or large-scale project sector
- Strong understanding of power tools, accessories, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Proven ability to balance existing account management with a "hunter" mentality for new business development
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
- Valid driver's license and a high willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region
