About the Company

TB&C, a member of the DELTA Electronics Group, specializes in the development, planning, and production of hybrid components and electronic assemblies for electromobility, as well as products for consumer, medical, and industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition and sales of new products in the E-Mobility sector
• Implementation of customer sales strategies
• Responsibility for quotation processes and change management
• Serving as the primary commercial contact for customers
• Achieving defined revenue and margin targets
• Managing existing customer accounts and developing new business areas
• Acting as a central commercial and technical interface between customers and the company
• Representing the company in annual, acquisition, and closing negotiations
• Coordinating relevant specialist departments

Requirements

• Degree in business or technical field or comparable vocational training
• Knowledge of the automotive and supplier industry, particularly electromobility, is an advantage
• Strong business administration knowledge
• Preferably professional experience in the automotive supplier industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Structured, responsible, and communicative working style
• Very good German and English language skills
• High level of flexibility and commitment
