Responsibilities

  • Guide and assist large strategic merchants through the onboarding process and product adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners through regular meetings and business reviews.
  • Create strategic growth plans to help merchants boost their business performance and expand our partnership.
  • Monitor merchant satisfaction and implement proactive measures to ensure retention.
  • Use data to analyze merchant performance, address concerns, and share actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Analytics, to enhance the partner experience.
  • Collect and relay merchant feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve audacious growth goals.
