Key Account Manager - Suspension

Responsibilities

• Collect market and customer information to assist in formulating and securing sales plans
• Manage the quotation process for new projects, including internal approvals and customer negotiations
• Coordinate internal project teams during development and production preparation to track project progress
• Handle business negotiations for projects in production, including price maintenance and payment collection
• Organize responses to daily customer activities, such as surveys and site visits
• Prepare internal documentation and reports for leadership as required
• Manage raw material compensation and claims related to production decreases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with an engineering background preferred
• 4+ years of experience in the automotive parts industry
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with VW, Mercedes-Benz, or BMW is a plus
