Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying and scoping opportunities to conducting product demonstrations, negotiating, and closing business.
• Acquire new enterprise accounts and manage existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, teleconference, and in-person meetings.
• Provide technical solutions, advise customers on products, and prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and contracts.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to optimize market potential.
• Manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets are met, including accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SaaS-based enterprise sales.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Sound understanding of digital products such as SMS and Enterprise collaboration suites.
• Proven experience in solution selling and cross-selling within large enterprises.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales management reporting tools is an advantage.
