About the role

Responsibilities

  • Acquire a holistic understanding of key customers' needs and map customer organizations at all levels to gain strategic insights.
  • Drive the SKF key account management process and tools to achieve annual growth and margin targets.
  • Identify opportunities within customer accounts to develop and deliver value-based offers for win-win outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary business contact for customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Nurture strategic relationships with key accounts to establish long-term, trusted partnerships.

Requirements

  • B.E / B. Tech degree (Mandatory).
  • 5-8 years of experience in key account management or sales.
  • Proven background working within the metal industry.
  • Strong business acumen and financial knowledge.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to engage with CXOs and top management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a market-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree.
