About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and manage strategic accounts within the heavy-duty automotive aftermarket across the Mid Central Region.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, fleets, and repair shops.
- Develop and execute annual growth plans and sales strategies, including regional promotions and fleet conversions.
- Deliver hands-on product training to fleets, repair shops, and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor sales activity to support fleet initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events to identify new business opportunities.
- Dedicate over 80% of time to direct selling and distributor engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the heavy-duty or automotive industry.
- Strong relationship-building, account management, and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve ambitious goals.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.

- Experience with a "hunter mentality" and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- High learning agility and a collaborative approach to team development.
