About the role

Responsibilities

  • Acquire a holistic understanding of key customer needs and map customer organizations to gain strategic insights.
  • Drive the key account management process to achieve annual growth and operating margin targets.
  • Identify opportunities to develop and deliver value-based offers for win-win outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary business contact for customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior management at key accounts to become a long-term trusted partner.
  • Collaborate internally to implement industrial growth strategies and support market analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
  • 5-12 years of experience managing Industrial OEM customers on a PAN India basis.
  • Proven experience in managing industrial products.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time within the assigned region.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and interpersonal relationship management.
