Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing client relationships through cross-selling and up-selling services
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, industry, competitors, and market pressures
- Build relationships with decision makers at all levels to build trust and value
- Open new revenue avenues by mining new contacts within customer organizations
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and ensure high CSAT
- Forecast revenue and resource requirements for customer engagements
- Spearhead pitches, write proposals, and manage deals to contract agreement
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales and Account Management for enterprise customers
- Experience in technology and consultative selling
- Proven track record in solutions selling and delivery
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to operate independently in high-pressure situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in managing Fortune 1000 accounts
- Experience in Analytics, Big Data, or enterprise software services
- Background in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
