About the role
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of key Benelux eCommerce accounts, including Coolblue and other priority retail partners
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets
- Optimize digital shelf performance by managing product listings, content, assortment, and availability
- Plan and coordinate online commercial activities, including Retail Media and off-platform activation
- Own demand forecasting and manage promotional investment to ensure alignment with KPIs
- Lead commercial negotiations with retail partners to support long-term growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and eCommerce teams
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Proven experience managing major Benelux eCommerce accounts
- Strong knowledge of Coolblue
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly analytical mindset with a bias for action
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
