About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of key Benelux eCommerce accounts, including Coolblue and other priority retail partners
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets
  • Optimize digital shelf performance by managing product listings, content, assortment, and availability
  • Plan and coordinate online commercial activities, including Retail Media and off-platform activation
  • Own demand forecasting and manage promotional investment to ensure alignment with KPIs
  • Lead commercial negotiations with retail partners to support long-term growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and eCommerce teams

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Proven experience managing major Benelux eCommerce accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Coolblue
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly analytical mindset with a bias for action
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
