About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage an existing portfolio of key accounts
- Define and deploy individualized development strategies for each account
- Identify and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Negotiate contracts including renewals and extensions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to challenge and guide client decisions
- Analyze client performance (leads, conversion, product usage) and demonstrate ROI
- Conduct high-value Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in key account management
- Experience in digital, marketplace, or SaaS environments preferred
- Strong commercial skills in negotiation and revenue development
- Analytical capacity for KPI and ROI monitoring
- Ability to interact with senior decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented
