About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing portfolio of key accounts
  • Define and deploy individualized development strategies for each account
  • Identify and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts including renewals and extensions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to challenge and guide client decisions
  • Analyze client performance (leads, conversion, product usage) and demonstrate ROI
  • Conduct high-value Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in key account management
  • Experience in digital, marketplace, or SaaS environments preferred
  • Strong commercial skills in negotiation and revenue development
  • Analytical capacity for KPI and ROI monitoring
  • Ability to interact with senior decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented
