About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and develop the sale of textiles in selected European markets through targeted customer strategies and growth plans
- Strengthen cooperation with a major strategic customer in Europe
- Identify and create upselling opportunities with existing customers across Schou's product areas
- Prepare and present sales proposals and product concepts
- Negotiate agreements and ensure strong commercial results
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, and performance
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, product development, and marketing
Requirements
- Documented experience in driving growth and developing customers
- Experience in non-food product sales, preferably within textiles or private label
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented
- Fluency in English (negotiation level); additional languages are a plus
- Understanding of international trade and Far East sourcing mechanisms
