About the role
Responsibilities
- Expand overseas EPC export and MNC solution business within the Oil & Gas, Power, and Mining & Metals sectors
- Develop key EPC and MNC customer opportunities and project pipelines through deep market insight
- Identify commercial opportunities and provide customized automation solutions based on client needs
- Drive strategic collaboration with various regional teams and Business Units (BUs) to secure major project breakthroughs
- Supervise and support the full lifecycle of project execution
- Achieve a first-year sales target of at least 20 million (RMB) in overseas EPC export and MNC solution orders
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas, Power, or Mining & Metals industries
- 5+ years of proven sales experience
- Strong solution selling capabilities and experience managing large-scale projects
- Deep understanding of customer decision-making processes within target sectors
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in overseas EPC export sales
