Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the key relationship for the Brisbane Airport service account at both operational and management levels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel to maximize customer experience
• Manage comprehensive and non-comprehensive service contracts to achieve portfolio growth and expand the account
• Act as the primary interface between key customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Coach and mentor service teams nationally to deliver a tailored customer experience
• Drive business development opportunities within the Queensland Service Sales team

Requirements

• Previous experience in operational sales, business development, or key account management
• Proven experience in contract management, preferably within a service-related industry
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements for both internal and external stakeholders
• A degree in a relevant technical or business-related discipline is highly valued
• Experience in the lift industry or similar sectors (HVAC, Fire, Security, or Plumbing) is highly regarded
