Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote DUPIXENT to key accounts, medical professionals in the private sector, hospitals, and institutional accounts
• Perform regular calls on assigned customers to ensure achievement of sales volume targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and identify potential new accounts
• Monitor customer stocks and purchases, negotiating orders to maximize sales potential
• Keep customers informed regarding new products, services, pricing, and other relevant updates
• Provide market feedback, competitor information, and suggestions to management
• Organize and implement promotional activities, including round table discussions and patient awareness programs
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all activities and contribute to sales forecasting

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably with a degree in Science
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong territory management, analyzing, and planning capabilities
• Ability to work independently with a self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Good command of both oral and written English
