About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with major distributors and design teams across the healthcare and education sectors
  • Develop multi-tiered B2B relationships with key decision makers to secure preferred supplier status
  • Implement account business plans with regular review meetings to increase turnover and profitability
  • Leverage CRM systems to build intelligence, develop insights, and track customer data
  • Partner with Marketing and Technical Services to develop market-specific literature and technical collateral
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities with new and existing accounts alongside the Business Development Manager
  • Coordinate commercial presence at strategically important customer events and functions

Requirements

  • Proven commercial sales experience, ideally within the construction industry
  • Experience managing multi-disciplined stakeholders and developing strong client relationships
  • Strong professional English communication skills at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of NBS specifications for architects and sales routes to market
  • Ability to independently identify opportunities and negotiate win-win outcomes
