Responsibilities
- Act as the primary advisor and partner for a client portfolio within the Real Estate segment
- Provide holistic risk management advice and commercial development strategies
- Ensure financial accountability and manage growth through targeted upselling and CRM management
- Coordinate seamlessly between advisory, placement, and client service teams
- Oversee strategic deliveries, including placement strategies and insurance program design
- Support colleagues in the commercial processing of new business leads
Requirements
- Proven background in the insurance industry
- Experience in advisory or providing commercial insurance solutions to businesses
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Structured, goal-oriented approach to business development and administration
- Required IDD competence profile
