Key Account Manager PV & ESS

Responsibilities

• Manage existing key accounts and develop strategic new accounts within the Romanian PV and ESS market
• Act as the primary account owner, handling contract negotiations and serving as the internal point of contact for client support
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and provide training on presenting company solutions
• Conduct regular customer visits and represent the company at tradeshows and conferences
• Provide precise sales forecasts and regular market updates
• Analyze customer needs and energy market trends to optimize the sales process
• Cooperate with project development teams to ensure successful project implementation

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the PV and/or ESS sectors
• In-depth knowledge of the solar energy and Energy Storage System (ESS) markets
• Native Romanian language skills
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher (verbal and written)
• Strong structured critical thinking and data-driven problem-solving skills
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
