Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build long-term strategic customer relationships and align account plans with portfolio strategy
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver a unified customer experience
• Lead commercial processes including forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance reporting, and margin realization
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to simplify processes and enhance execution quality
• Execute trade promotions and distribution expansion across Personal Health and Health Systems
• Provide data-driven recommendations and manage operational risks related to credit, supply, and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, or Business Development
• Experience in the medical devices or healthcare market is preferred
• Proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
• Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
• Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
