Key Account Manager Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Manage and pilot top pharmacy accounts, including order management and P&L tracking
• Develop annual business plans per account to achieve turnover objectives
• Negotiate specific agreements and partnerships to increase visibility and growth
• Design and execute tailor-made activation plans in coordination with the sell-out manager
• Coordinate freelance brand ambassadors, including planning and performance monitoring
• Train pharmacy teams on seasonal products during each cycle
• Ensure execution standards for merchandising, brand image, and sell-out levers

Requirements

• Experienced commercial leader with a background in the pharmacy or cosmetics sector
• Strong negotiation and sales techniques
• Ability to manage strategic accounts and define action plans
• Analytical skills to set and monitor KPIs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
