About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and pilot top pharmacy accounts, including order management and P&L tracking
- Develop annual business plans per account to achieve turnover objectives
- Negotiate specific agreements and partnerships to secure visibility and growth
- Design and pilot tailor-made activation plans in coordination with the sell-out manager
- Coordinate freelance brand ambassadors (objectives, planning, and follow-up)
- Train pharmacy teams on seasonal products
- Ensure execution standards for merchandising and brand image
Requirements
- Experienced commercial leader with expertise in the pharmacy or cosmetics sector
- Strong negotiation and sales techniques
- Ability to manage strategic accounts and complex projects
- Analytical skills to set and track KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
