Key Account Manager, Pharma

Responsibilities

• Develop, follow up, and achieve annual business plans and strategies for each key customer
• Manage regular and top-to-top meetings with buyers and directors to ensure business results
• Achieve KPIs including sales goals, Share of Market (SOM), DII, DSO, Gross Margin, and forecast accuracy
• Increase market share and category presence through innovative sales tactics and promotional activities
• Ensure healthy financial account management, including the collection of customer sales and tracking of POs and invoices
• Provide monthly forecast feedback for the base portfolio and building block activities
• Manage tactical plans and levers to drive sell-out growth

Requirements

• Administrative Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales as a Key Account Manager (KAM)
• At least 2 years of experience managing Farmacias Guadalajara directly as a main decision-maker and negotiator
• Experience with Pharmacy Distributors (e.g., Nadro, FANASA, Marzam)
• Fluent English (both written and verbal communication)
• Must be based in Guadalajara
• Strong critical thinking, change management, and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Diploma in management skills
• Strong financial background
• Experience with Sales Force Execution and Point of Sale (POS)
