Key Account Manager Personal Health

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the partnership across the Nordics, driving growth for both Philips and the customer.
• Build clear, actionable customer plans and joint business plans based on market, shopper, and channel insights.
• Identify and execute new opportunities to strengthen relationships at all levels within the customer organization.
• Deliver sell-out and profitable growth by turning strategic plans into tangible results.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing, supply, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage the fast-paced day-to-day business while maintaining a long-term strategic perspective.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in a retail (B2B) environment.
• Experience within the Consumer Goods industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and open new doors.
• Experience in developing and implementing joint business plans with customers.
• Fluency in English and fluency in at least one Nordic language.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
