Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned retailers at operational, executive, local, and regional levels
  • Optimize core services including delivery and collections by collaborating with Operations, AR, CX, BD, and Engineering teams
  • Educate retailers on complementary services such as Marketplace, Bill Pay, data analytics, and POS integrations
  • Maximize market opportunities by connecting retailers with promotions, sales rules, and brand partnerships
  • Manage retail feature requests, maintain retail dossiers, and present relationship strategies internally
  • Track retailer engagement metrics including GMV, NPS, and adoption rates for various Nabis offerings
  • Generate leads and drive growth for brand and product lines through retailer interactions

Requirements

  • Must currently be located in New York State
  • Background in retail cannabis sales, operations, or related fields
  • Established, trusted relationships across NY cannabis retail
  • Proven track record in driving revenue with external partners
  • Strong customer experience expertise
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data analytics proficiency in Excel or SQL
