About the role

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and define spare parts contracts with Key Accounts and Coordinated Fleets
  • Set annual conditions and sales objectives with national buyers
  • Develop tailor-made commercial strategies for each client in synergy with manufacturer central teams
  • Communicate commercial offers to the dealer network to ensure buy-in
  • Deploy and manage local action plans in the field
  • Conduct joint visits with dealers to client sites
  • Maintain a regular field presence by visiting major regional client entities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B negotiation and Key Account management, ideally in the automotive spare parts sector
  • Ability to define commercial strategies
  • Experience coordinating central teams and dealer networks
  • Ability to drive field deployment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset and transversal leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license (Permis B)
  • Professional English proficiency
