About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot and develop a strategic client portfolio to maximize locker site signings and performance
- Lead client deployment projects including planning, build/run tracking, escalations, and documentation
- Prepare tailored offers, conduct business reviews, and manage contract renewals
- Drive commercial animation with marketing initiatives, events, and trade shows
- Ensure CRM data quality and produce regular reporting on signings, service quality, and NPS
- Monitor competition and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
