About the role

Responsibilities

  • Pilot and develop a strategic client portfolio to maximize locker site signings and performance
  • Lead client deployment projects including planning, build/run tracking, escalations, and documentation
  • Prepare tailored offers, conduct business reviews, and manage contract renewals
  • Drive commercial animation with marketing initiatives, events, and trade shows
  • Ensure CRM data quality and produce regular reporting on signings, service quality, and NPS
  • Monitor competition and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
