About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to define and execute winning growth strategies for both Mondelēz International and the customer
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels to increase account penetration
- Execute the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP) and ensure strategic alignment
- Maximize business results at both top and bottom lines through pricing, innovation activation, and assortment optimization
- Manage promotional plans and budgets in collaboration with the RGM team
- Optimize resource use to drive operational profitability
- Coordinate commercial contacts and liaise with internal stakeholders to engage the organization with the customer
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role or a commercial background managing customers in the local market
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on growing revenue and market share
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strategic business acumen and a financial/analytical mindset
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Deep knowledge of the Spanish market
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Category Planning, Customer Marketing, or Perfect Store execution
- Cross-functional and cross-category commercial experience
- Strong planning and interpersonal skills
