Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to define and execute winning growth strategies for both Mondelēz International and the customer
• Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels to increase account penetration
• Execute the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP) and ensure strategic alignment
• Maximize business results at both top and bottom lines through pricing, innovation activation, and assortment optimization
• Manage promotional plans and budgets in collaboration with the RGM team
• Optimize resource use to drive operational profitability
• Coordinate commercial contacts and liaise with internal stakeholders to engage the organization with the customer

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role or a commercial background managing customers in the local market
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on growing revenue and market share
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Strategic business acumen and a financial/analytical mindset
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Deep knowledge of the Spanish market
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Category Planning, Customer Marketing, or Perfect Store execution
• Cross-functional and cross-category commercial experience
• Strong planning and interpersonal skills
