Key Account Manager - Mobile Surgery

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Mobile Surgery C-Arms and services by identifying and closing opportunities in hospital and operating room settings
• Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives based on deep knowledge of the competitive landscape
• Execute comprehensive engagement plans for assigned accounts, including competitive "breakthrough" accounts
• Drive the sales process by engaging key stakeholders, building internal champions, and executing product demonstrations
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with both external decision-makers and internal cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with various business units, including Cardiovascular, Ultrasound, and Connected Care, to drive integrated account success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hospital-based sales experience, including direct engagement within the Operating Room (OR)
• Proven experience in solution selling and execution within a complex team selling environment
• Experience in capital equipment sales is strongly preferred
• Ability to travel up to 80% within the Central and South Florida territory
