Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Identify and respond to customer opportunities by understanding market trends and requirements
  • Manage a portfolio of customers including engagement, sales execution, and credit management
  • Lead a team of Order Bookers and collaborate with procurement and operations teams
  • Prepare business cases using commercial tools to attract customers
  • Identify opportunities for quality and customer service improvements
  • Build professional relationships through personal visits and regular interaction

Requirements

  • Strong market knowledge of customers, competitors, and suppliers
