About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key customers at all levels of cooperation
- Develop cooperation and relationships through regular commercial contacts
- Analyze turnover and implement action plans to achieve sales targets
- Communicate with other departments to optimize orders and ensure product availability
- Manage complaints for assigned customers and improve service
- Participate in strategy development based on specific key customer needs
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on customer turnover at the item level
Requirements
- Minimum higher education degree
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Knowledge of HoReCa and/or FMCG markets
- Proficiency in English and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Active driver's license (Category B)
- Analytical and organized approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
