Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a referral physician network for Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services across Mexico
• Conduct outbound outreach and in-person visits to physician offices to secure appointments
• Identify, approach, and engage oncologists, hematologists, and other relevant medical specialists
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage physician follow-ups, and report results to internal teams
• Collect and share feedback from physician offices with sales, marketing, and product development teams
• Analyze market potential and provide regular status reports on network growth

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in oncology, hematology, pharma, biotech, or CRO settings
• An established network of oncologists and hematologists in Mexico
• Ability to travel extensively to physician offices across Mexico
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Based in Mexico with the ability to work in a field-based, remote capacity
• Strong ability to secure appointments and navigate the Mexican healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) is strongly preferred
• Experience combining clinical knowledge with business development or commercial roles
