About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a new business area within the marine, yachting, and aviation sectors in Poland
  • Identify and develop relationships with key clients in production, service, and maintenance
  • Manage project-based sales and close large-scale contracts
  • Demonstrate Milwaukee solutions to end-users directly at their worksites
  • Map customer needs and tailor the product portfolio to specific industry requirements
  • Manage a client portfolio in accordance with the company's business strategy and established goals
  • Collaborate with distributors, JSS teams, and international departments to expand market presence
  • Participate in industry trade fairs, events, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in a technical environment
  • Proven experience in the marine, yachting, aviation, or related industrial sectors
  • Experience in project sales and managing large-scale client accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM, SAP, or QlikSense is a plus
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
  • Valid Category B driving license and readiness for mobile field work
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and independent approach to business development
