Key Account Manager - Marine

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Nordic marine segment, specifically focusing on Norway
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with ship owners and key maritime stakeholders
• Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements to drive sustainable and profitable growth
• Collaborate with internal technical experts and product management teams to deliver value-driven solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the marine or maritime sector
• Solid understanding of ship owners’ operations and the marine value chain
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring solutions and reliability-based concepts
• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear commercial value for customers
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Norwegian or other Nordic languages is an advantage
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region
