About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and anticipate client needs to detect sales potential and viability
- Execute customer acquisition processes following company procedures and tools
- Analyze the potential and viability of each account in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Implement action plans to correct deviations from account plans
- Manage the financial impact of client risk
Requirements
- Professional training, Degree, or Licentiate
- At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management
- Strong commercial, analytical, and synthesis skills
- Knowledge of the local hospitality (HoReCa) market
- Valid driver's license
- Intermediate English level
