Responsibilities
- Detect sales needs and potential of Key Accounts to increase sales, market share, and profitability
- Anticipate customer needs to identify potential and viability
- Execute customer acquisition processes using company tools and procedures
- Analyze the potential and viability of each account in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Implement action plans to correct deviations from account plans and manage financial risk impact
Requirements
- Professional training, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in similar Key Account Management roles
- Knowledge of the local hospitality market
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work in dynamic, goal-oriented environments
- Valid driver's license
- Intermediate English level is a plus
