Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts
- Maintain a strong field presence to drive market penetration
- Prepare and negotiate framework agreements and tenders
- Act as the interface between clients and internal teams
- Monitor contracts, invoicing, and claims to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in regional meetings and cross-functional projects
- Provide weekly reporting to the Regional Director
- Conduct competitive intelligence and identify new opportunities
- Drive commercial operations and participate in local professional events
Requirements
- Minimum Bac+2 degree in business/commerce
- Successful B2B sales experience in a networked service company
- Experience managing key accounts, ideally within the construction (BTP) sector
- Proven skills in operational animation
- Natural leadership, dynamism, and ability to unite teams around a project
- Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned departments
