About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by developing and executing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create and implement tailored action plans for the sales team to track results
- Manage and optimize invoicing and billing workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for smaller customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction
- Assist in forecasting and demand planning by analyzing market trends and client needs
- Serve as a liaison between key clients and internal departments to coordinate resources
- Prepare data-driven business cases to support various sales initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements for internal workflows and account management
Requirements
- Ability to analyze complex business relationships and interconnected operations
- Proactive "doer" mentality with a strong sense of ownership
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and statistical analysis
- Strong data-driven reporting skills using quantitative and qualitative data
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas to stakeholders at various levels
- Proven problem-solving ability in challenging situations
- Detail-oriented mindset regarding account management and billing documentation
